本作のヒロイン。主人公の幼馴染で、田舎で久しぶりに再会した際には人魚になっていた。
少し（？）引っ込み思案な女の子で、なかなか自分の気持ちをストレートに言葉で表現できない。
たまにヒレで主人公に対して（攻撃という形で）表現してしまう。
ぺた子

主人公と衣音が出会う人魚の少女。
明るくて活発な普通の少女に見えるが、何故か非常に物覚えが悪く、ほとんどの事を翌日には忘れている。
人魚の性質なのかは謎だが、本人はそれを一切気にしないでいつも楽しそうに生きている。
凛

渡来人が建てたという神社の巫女。
衣音とぺた子の共通の知り合いで、２人の世話をしているらしい。非常に力が強い。
巫女らしく（？）神様が憑依しており、本人と神様の２つの人格がある。
